✅ Proof Checklist

Text and Information Errors: Carefully review all text for spelling, punctuation, formatting, and verify that names, phone numbers, addresses, emails, and prices are accurate with no typos or missing information.
Size and Quantity: Please ensure the final size and quantity are correct.
Single-Sided / Double-Sided Printing: Check whether it’s correctly set to single-sided (no back) or double-sided (front and back), and confirm that the front and back sides are properly arranged.
Margins, Borders, Corners: Make sure all text and design elements are within safe margins and won’t be cut off. Also confirm the corner style is as desired (rounded or square).
Image Quality: Ensure images are not blurry or pixelated. If the image quality appears poor, please verify that the image file is at 300dpi resolution.
Color: Verify that colors appear accurate. Please note there may be a color variation of about ±5% due to print timing or monitor settings. If there’s a noticeable difference between your file and the proof, make sure your file is in CMYK mode. If using Pantone colors, they must be converted to CMYK.
Additional Options: Double-check that any selected finishing options—such as UV coating, spot UV, hem (cutting finish), grommets, or board material—are correctly applied.

No production will begin until final approval is received from the customer.

Once the design is approved, no further edits or changes can be made.

Adpop is not responsible for any typos, omissions, or incorrect information after production has started, so please make sure everything is reviewed thoroughly before approval.

Please also note that Adpop does not provide graphic editing services. If edits are needed, the customer must send a revised file themselves.

If you wish to receive your products quickly, please provide your final approval as soon as possible.

텍스트 및 정보 오류: 파일 내 모든 텍스트의 맞춤법, 문장 부호, 서식은 물론, 이름, 전화번호, 주소, 이메일, 가격 등 오타나 누락된 정보가 없는지 꼼꼼하게 확인해 주세요.
사이즈 및 수량: 최종 사이즈와 수량이 정확한지 반드시 확인해 주세요.
단면 / 양면 인쇄 여부: 단면(뒷면 없음) 또는 양면(앞뒤 인쇄)이 정확히 반영되어 있는지, 앞면과 뒷면이 올바르게 구성되어 있는지 확인해 주세요.
여백, 테두리, 모서리: 텍스트나 디자인 요소가 잘리지 않도록 네 가장자리 여백이 충분한지, 그리고 모서리가 원하는 형태(둥근 모서리 / 각진 모서리)로 설정되어 있는지 확인해 주세요.
이미지 품질: 이미지가 흐릿하거나 깨져 보이지 않는지 확인해 주세요. 이미지 품질에 문제가 있다면, 사용하신 이미지 파일의 해상도가 300dpi인지 확인해 주세요.
색상: 색상이 정확하게 표현되었는지 확인해 주세요. 인쇄 시기나 모니터 설정에 따라 색상 차이가 발생할 수 있으며, 최종 제작물에는 약 ±5 정도의 색상 오차가 있을 수 있습니다. 파일과 교정본(proof) 간 색상 차이가 클 경우, 파일이 CMYK로 설정되어 있는지 확인해 주시고, Pantone 컬러는 반드시 CMYK로 변환해 주세요.
추가 옵션 사항: UV 코팅, 스팟 코팅, 햄(재단 마감), 그로멧, 보드 재질 등 선택하신 추가 옵션이 정확히 적용되어 있는지 확인해 주세요.

모든 작업은 고객님의 최종 컨펌 전까지는 제작이 진행되지 않으며, 컨펌 이후에는 변경이나 수정이 불가능합니다.

제작이 시작된 이후 발생한 오타, 누락, 잘못된 정보에 대해서는 애드팝은 책임을 지지 않으므로, 반드시 충분히 확인하신 후 컨펌을 주시기 바랍니다.

또한, 애드팝에서는 그래픽 수정 작업은 제공하지 않으며, 수정이 필요한 경우 반드시 고객님께서 직접 수정된 파일을 재송부해 주셔야 합니다.
