✅ Proof Checklist​

• Text and Information Errors: Carefully review all text for spelling, punctuation, formatting, and verify that names, phone numbers, addresses, emails, and prices are accurate with no typos or missing information.

• Size and Quantity: Please ensure the final size and quantity are correct.

• Single-Sided / Double-Sided Printing: Check whether it’s correctly set to single-sided (no back) or double-sided (front and back), and confirm that the front and back sides are properly arranged.

• Margins, Borders, Corners: Make sure all text and design elements are within safe margins and won’t be cut off. Also confirm the corner style is as desired (rounded or square).

• Image Quality: Ensure images are not blurry or pixelated. If the image quality appears poor, please verify that the image file is at 300dpi resolution.

• Color: Verify that colors appear accurate. Please note there may be a color variation of about ±5% due to print timing or monitor settings. If there’s a noticeable difference between your file and the proof, make sure your file is in CMYK mode. If using Pantone colors, they must be converted to CMYK.

• Additional Options: Double-check that any selected finishing options—such as UV coating, spot UV, hem (cutting finish), grommets, or board material—are correctly applied.

• No production will begin until final approval is received from the customer.

• Once the design is approved, no further edits or changes can be made.

• Adpop is not responsible for any typos, omissions, or incorrect information after production has started, so please make sure everything is reviewed thoroughly before approval.

• Please also note that Adpop does not provide graphic editing services. If edits are needed, the customer must send a revised file themselves.

• If you wish to receive your products quickly, please provide your final approval as soon as possible.
